Bagamat naparami pong concerns ang nabanggit ni Mr Palermo ukol sa nangyari sa kanyang employment sa ISU Engineering sa Sierra Leone, ang hinihingi niyang tulong sa OWWA ay business loan.
Pakisabi po kay Mr. Palermo na bumisita sa OWWA office na sumasakop sa kanyang lugar. Kung siya ay taga National Capital REgion, ito po ay nasa 2nd Floor, OWWA Center, Pasay City. Makipag-ugnayan sya sa Reintegration Unit, Programs Services Division, OWWA RWO-NCR.
