Nagpapakalat ng fake news sa cast ng ‘Mutya ng Section E’ kakasuhan

BINANTAAN na ng Viva Artists Agency (VAA) ang mga taong patuloy na nagpapakalat ng fake news laban sa kanilang mga talent.
Partikular na tinukoy ng pamunuan ng VAA ang mga malilisyosong post at comments sa social media tungkol sa mga artista nilang kasama sa hit Viva One series na “Ang Mutya ng Section E.”
Ito’y pinagbibidahan nina Andres Muhlach, Ashtine Olviga, at Rabin Angeles kasama ang iba pang VAA artists.
Naglabas ng warning ang talent management ng mga nabanggit na young stars bago maganap ang soldout two-night “Ultimate Fan Meet & Greet Show” ng “Ang Mutya ng Section E” cast members sa New Frontier Theater, Araneta City, Cubao, Quezon City.
Ito’y sa gitna nga ng matitindi at malilisyosong post sa socmed tungkol sa mga artistang kasali sa naturang online series.

“ONLINE LIBEL is a serious crime.
“Online Libel, or posting online of untruthful or malicious statements that may damage the reputation of a person, is punishable by law.
“Those who make such posts may be imprisoned for up to 8 years or be made to pay a fine of up to PHP 1.5 million.
“Viva Artists Agency takes Online Libel seriously. We stay vigilant in protecting the name and image of our artists.”
Kasunod nito, naglabas din ng babala ang talent management agency ng Viva Entertainment, laban sa mga nagpapakalat at gumagawa ng fake news na magsasampa sila ng demanda.
“Attention for all those spreading malicious statements online. We encourage responsible posting. Malicious statements online may lead to legal action,” sabi ng Viva Artists Agency.
