Sofronio Vasquez ng Team Michael Bublé grand champion sa ‘The Voice’
BONGGA!
“My Filipino brother, you are the hope of so many people… it has been such an unbelievable journey to be here with you,” ang mensahe ni Michael Bublé kay Sofronio bago pa siya tanghaling winner.
A Million Dreams” from the movie “The Greatest Showman”.
“Thank you so much to my Filipinos everywhere and in America who gave so much love and support,” ang pahayag ni Sofronio sa isa niyang social media post nang makapasok siya sa Top 5 finalists.
Sabi nga ng isang netizen, “7x rejected auditions in TNT (singing contest in the Philippines). No chair turns in The Voice Philippines and Now! Top 5 Finale in The Voice USA.”
Sa December 2 episode ng contest, sinabi ni Michael Bublé kay Sofronio after ng performance niya with Elvis Presley’s “If I Can Dream”, “I think if people understood the strength that you have and the fact that through all of this adversity, you walk out here on a night like tonight, when it probably matters more than anything has in your whole life career-wise.
“You walk out here in the moment and you take the brass ring and I’m just so happy for you,” sabi ng international singer.
Sa panayam naman ng PEOPLE kay Sofronio last December 9, natanong kung paano niya ise-celebrate ang kanyang naging experience sa “The Voice” manalo man o matalo.
“We’re just going to celebrate that this was a very, very good run for The Voice and we really felt that we are loved by the production and no one is superior… we are all loved. It’s in America’s hands for tomorrow,” tugon ng Pinoy pride.
