Andre Yllana kay Andres Muhlach: Muntik ko nang maging kapatid yan!

TAWANAN ang mga members ng entertainment press sa nakakalokang punchline ni Andre Yllana nang magkabiruan sila ni Andres Muhlach.

Magkasama sina Andre at Andres sa latest youth-oriented digital series na “Mutya ng Section E”, ang 16-part Wattpad University series na mapapanood sa streaming platform na Viva One.

Sa naganap na mediacon kahapon ng “Mutya ng Section E” ay natanong ang dalawang young actor kung kumusta ang kanilang working relationship lalo’t ito ang unang pagkakataon na magkakasama sila sa isang acting project

“Muntik ko nang maging kapatid yan, charot lang!” ang birong sagot ni Andre kaya super laugh ang members ng showbiz press, pati na rin ni Andres.

Sa mga hindi pa aware, anak nina Aiko Melendez at Jomari Yllana si Andre habang si Andres naman ay anak nina Aga Muhlach at Charlene Gonzalez.

Balitang nagkaroon ng relasyon noon sina Aiko at Aga kaya nakapagbiro si Andre tungkol sa koneksyon nila ni Andres.

Kuwento pa ni Andre, knows daw ng nanay niyang si Aiko na magkasama sila ni Andres sa “Mutya ng Section E”, “Aware naman po si Mommy, nasabi ko po sa kanya. Actually happy siya nung nabanggit ko na makaka-work ko po si Andres.”

Chika naman ni Andres, alam din ni Aga na magkakatrabaho sila ni Andre, “When I told my dad na I am gonna work with Andre, I was very excited kasi he knows Tita Aiko.

“This is my second project and I am very grateful and blessed to be doing Da Pers Family with my parents and my sister and the other great people in the cast.

“Overall, this project, when we first got this and when I learned about the cast, I was really really excited, super excited actually. I couldn’t hide my smile talaga,” sabi ng kakambal ni Atasha Muhlach.

Nang gawin daw ni Andres ang “Mutya ng Section E”, na unang proyekto niyang hindi kasama ang pamilya, may ibinigay daw na advice sa kanya sina Aga at Charlene.

“The advice they gave me was more on just trust in yourself, be confident always, and really believe in yourself talaga. That’s the advice they gave me.

“Ako naman, I don’t really ask my parents for advice all the time. They let me try to figure things out on my own and when I make mistakes, that’s when I talk to them,” sabi ni Andres.

Samantala, mapapanood na nga sa Viva One ang series na “Ang Mutya ng Section E”, written by Lara Flores na mula sa bestselling Wattpad series with over 143 million reads, will be equivalent to 16 episodes.

Gagampanan ni Andres ang karakter ni Mark Keifer Watson, ang class president ng Section E. Matalino at gwapo pero may pagka-bully din sa kanilang klase.

Pero biglang magugulo ang kanyang mundo sa pagdating ni Jay-Jay Mariano (Ashtine Olviga), talented singer who started out as part of the supergroup PPop Generation.

Siya ang magiging “mutya” ng Section E, na tinaguriang “the lowest and most chaotic section in Higher Value International School” at ang babaeng pag-aagawan nina Keifer at Yuri (played by Rabin Angeles), ang K-pop-idol-looking guy mula sa Angeles City.

Kasali rin sa cast sin Charles Law, Frost Sandoval, Keagan De Jesus, Ethan David, Kurt Delos Reyes, Martin Venegas, Nic Galvez, Daniel Ong, AJ Ferrer, Sam Shoaf, Michael Keith, Kyosu Guinto, Yanyan De Jesus, at Derick Ong.

Also part of the cast are Viva’s promising young stars Andre Muhlach and Heart Ryan, with veteran actors Yayo Aguila, Katya Santos, Nanette Inventor, and Lander Vera Perez.
