Chloe dapat pakasalan agad si Carlos para hindi mapalayas sa Pinas!?

HATI ang reaksyon ng publiko sa panawagan ng isang abogado na ipa-deport si Chloe San Jose dahil sa pagtatrabaho umano nito sa Pilipinas nang walang working visa.
Kinukuwestiyon ng isang Atty. Wilfredo Garrido kung may permit nga si Chloe para magtrabaho sa Pilipinas matapos lumabas ng dalawang beses sa Sunday show ng ABS-CBN na “ASAP”.
Bukod dito ay tumanggap din siya ng proyekto sa bansa bilang endorser ng isang skin care company.
Ayon pa sa Facebook post ni Garrido, nakamit ni Chloe ang kanyang Australian citizenship noong February 2020. Base naman ito sa sinabi ng isa pang abogado na si Atty. Ciudadano.
Aniya, “Chloe was born in the Philippines on March 21, 2002 and moved to Australia with my client in 2013. They both acquired Australian citizenship in February 2020.”
Narito ang bahagi ng post ni Atty. Garrido na may titulong, “IT’S TIME TO DEPORT CHLOE SAN JOSE.”

“If she is indeed an Australian citizen, as she claims to be with an upturned nose, then she is here on a tourist visa.
“That means she can’t work. Which is exactly what she is doing, claiming that she is not depending on Caloy because she is earning money in her own right parading her assets on Tiktok in various states of undress. Those are taxable income.
“She has appeared on ASAP at least twice, one blamed for Typhoon Carina. She must have earned talent fees therefrom.
“She also has endorsed a skin care product being extensively covered sashaying in a grand entrance and undergoing some sort of facial treatment in an ad. Again, that must have earned her and Caloy quite a sum.”
“She has been modeling various kinds of outfits and unmentionables. Without a working visa she cannot engage in these money making activities.
“Moreover, she has engaged in public behavior that offends the feelings of the Filipino people, particularly her treatment of Caloy’s mother.

“This girl doesn’t behave like a visitor. She acts like she owns the Philippines. All of the above make her an undesirable alien.
“We have been moving heaven and earth to deport Alice Guo to China, without success. It will be much easier to deport Chloe Anjeleigh San Jose to Australia.”
“If anyone who can prove that she is a dual citizen, I will take this down. Note, she became an Australian national only in 2020. Highly unlikely she turned around and reacquired Filipino citizenship too soon, considering her attitude.”
Aminado naman ang girlfriend ni 2-time Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo na Australian citizen siya at ang visa niya sa Pilipinas ay tourist.
