Resto nagsalita sa pagsisante sa food server na nagpakain ng stray animal
NAGLABAS ng pahayag ang isang Filipino restaurant matapos umugong ang isyu tungkol sa isang empleyado nilang food server na natanggal sa trabaho.
Sa Facebook post ng Goto Tendon nitong Lunes, September 30, inamin nila na nalulungkot sila sa nangyaring insidente sa isa sa kanilang branch sa Scout Borromeo.
“We are deeply saddened by the recent incident involving one of the staff at our Scout Borromeo branch, whose kindness towards stray animals has touched many hearts,” saad ng naturang resto.

Pagpapatuloy nila, “We want to assure everyone that we are taking this matter seriously and have been looking into what happened, including reviewing the actions taken by our manpower provider and his employer, Bestoptions Assistance, Inc.”
Committed raw ang naturang resto sa paniniyak na ang kanilang mga gawi ay sumasalamin sa kanilang “values of empathy, kindness and responsibility”.
“While we support our staff’s personal causes, we also continuously strive to enforce policies and processes that ensure a positive experience at our branches,” dagdag pa nito.
Naniniwala rin ang Goto Tendon na posibleng magkaroon ng maingat at maayos na balance sa pagiging makatao at tungkulin sa mga customers.
Nagpasalamat naman ang mga ito sa pag-unawa at pag-intindi ng publiko.
Para sa mga hindi aware, kumalat kamakailaan ang TikTok post ni Vhal Sardia kung saan sinabi nito na ni-report siya ng kanyang supervisor dahil sa video kung saan makikitang nagpapakain siya ng stray animals na nagresulta sa kanyang pagkakasibak sa trabaho.
