Isang blogger na Pinay na based sa Thailand ang nag-post ng pinagtabing larawan nina Carlo kasama si Trina Candaza at anak nilang si Enola Mithi noong sila pa, ang isa naman ay ang kasal ng aktor kay Charlie.
