VERY excited na si Janine Gutierrez sa pinagkakaabalahan niyang bagong proyekto!
Isa siya sa mga nagsisilbing co-producer ng upcoming documentary na tungkol sa kanyang lola, ang legendary actress and performer na si Pilita Corrales.
Sa Instagram, ibinandera ni Janine ang ilang pictures ng kanyang Mamita, pati na rin ang screenshot ng balitang tampok ang nilulutong documentary.
Masaya rin ang aktres dahil makakatrabaho raw niya sa proyekto si Baby Ruth Villarama, ang direktor ng award-winning documentary na “Sunday Beauty Queen.”

Sey ni Janine sa post, “I’ve always felt a deep responsibility to help preserve Mamita’s amazing legacy and I hope this project becomes another way for younger generations to learn about her story—not just as a legendary performer, but as a woman who defied expectations and truly paved the way.”
Sinabi rin ng Kapamilya actress na nasa “early stages of development” pa lang ang docu, pero naibandera na nila ito sa Producer’s Network at Spotlight Asia sa Cannes Film Festival.
Proud na proud naman ang tiyahin ni Janine na si Jackie Lou Blanco na nag-komento sa post.

Sa isang interview with Vogue Philippines, inilarawan ni Direk Villarama ang upcoming project na higit pa sa isang documentary na tungkol sa isang mang-aawit.
Kwento niya, “It’s a story of resilience, reinvention, and the enduring power of Filipino music.”
“Piliata’s story is an inspiration, not just for aspiring artists, but for anyone who has ever dared to dream big,” dagdag pa ng direktor.
