NAG-REACT ang Kapuso actress at beauty queen na si Michelle Dee sa inilabas na official statement ng Miss Universe El Salvador hinggil sa viral “Top 5” finalists na ipinost nito sa kanilang Instagram page.
Sa kanyang broadcast channel sa IG na “Hey, MMDVERSE!” ay nagbigay siya ng pahayag hinggil sa pangyayari.
Matatandaang nag-viral sa Pilipinas ang mga screenshots mula sa Instagram page ng Miss Universe El Salvador kung saan makikitang nasa Top 5 ang larawan at pangalan ng pambato ng Pilipinas na si Michelle Dee kasama sina Miss Australia, Miss Puerto Rico, Miss Nicaragua, at Miss Colombia.
Ngunit makaraan ng ilang minuto ay burado na ito at napalitan ng bago kung saan wala na sa listahan ang Kapuso actress.
At nitong Miyerkules, November 22, inamin ng MU El Salvador ang kanilang naging pagkakamali at nag-sorry kina Michelle at Anntonia.
“Our mistake! In the rush to get our posts up during Saturday’s live broadcast, we accidentally mixed up the names of two finalists. This was a simple error of moving too fast – we heard the same results live at the same time that you all did, no special access over here! We’re sorry to both finalists,” lahad ng Miss Universe El Salvador.

Para naman kay Michelle, lahat naman ng bagay na nangyayari ay may dahilan at pinaalalahanan niya ang lahat na maging marespeto sa bawat isa.
“There should be no room for error but the reality is that we live in an imperfect world.
“My request is not just to be respectful to the delegates but to the supporters that are so passionate about this platform as well,” saad ni Michelle.
Dagdag pa niya, “But again, EVERYTHING happens for a reason and it’s just a matter of seeing it as a lesson or a blessing. So always act with love, kindness, and respect. All love.”
Nagtapos ang Miss Universe 2023 journey ni Michelle bilang isa sa mga Top 10 finalists kung saan marami ang napahanga sa kanyang pagrampa ng evening gown na tribute para sa legendaru Filipina mambabatok na si Apo Whang-Od.
Samantala, ang pambato naman ng Nicaragua na si Sheynnis Palacios ang nagwagi bilang Miss Universe 2023.
