DANIEL, JULIE ANNE malapit nang magkabati
Ayaw talagang magdrus ang landas nina Julie Anne San Jose at Daniel Padilla. Fate really is funny sa dalawang top stars of the competing networks ngayon, sina Julie Anne of GMA Artist Center and Daniel of Star Magic.
Minsan silang nagkasagutan noon na ilang beses naming isinulat dito sa column namin and the first time silang puwedeng magkita sana, sa silver concert ni Ogie Alcasid kung saan sila parehong guests, hindi man lang sila nagkita backstage at wala man lang sa paligid nila ang nakapagisip na ipakilala ang isa’t isa para matapos na ang issue sa kanila.
Now, last Saturday, sa PMPC Star Awards for Music, Julie Anne won the Best New Female Recording Artist samantalang si Daniel naman ang nanalo ng Best New Male Recording Artist.
Kaso, hindi nakapunta si Julie Anne dahil that was also the Saturday we were with her sa SM Marilao where she’s doing a meet and greet and autograph signing with her fans for the ninth anniversary celebration of one of her endorsements, the clothing line na Get Laud. Sa itsura pa ni Julie Anne, parang wala siyang alam sa event.
Sayang, sana may nagpaalala kay Julie Anne about the awards night dahil her SM Marilao gig lasted till 6 p.m. lang it was a light traffic day kahit kami napakaagang nakauwi and the show started past 9 p.m. pa naman.
Oh well, one of these days magkikita ang dalawa at magkakaayos, dahil wala naman talagang kuwenta ang pinag-awayan nila. Samantala, busy pa rin si Julie Anne sa kaniyang schooling and her two shows for GMA, the Sunday All Stars and her first lead primetime soap Kahit Nasaan Ka Man opposite Kristoffer Martin right after Dingdong Dantes’ Genesis.
