Beep jeep terminal sa Araneta City sarado muna, pinsala ng sunog umabot na sa P245-M

PANSAMANTALANG ipinatigil ang operasyon sa Times Square Park at Beep jeep terminal sa Araneta City.
‘Yan ay matapos sumiklab ang sunog sa Araneta City Bus Station sa Cubao sa Quezon City nitong February 9.
“For the meantime, operations at the Times Square Park and Beep jeep terminals are temporarily suspended until further notice,” anunsyo sa Facebook ng Araneta City Management.
Lubos din nilang pinasalamatan ang lahat ng bumbero at mga tumulong upang maapula ang apoy.
Aniya, “We would like to thank all the firefighters who came from Quezon City and surrounding areas for their quick response to the situation.”
Ayon sa Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), nagsimula ang sunog ng bandang 4:46 pm at idineklara itong “fire out” ng bandang 10:00 pm.
Ang pinsala sa nasabing bus station ay umabot na ng P245 million, as of this writing.
Base din sa latest report ng BFP, ang pinagmulan ng sunog ay mula sa sanitation barracks mezzanine.
Anila, tanging ang one-story commercial building lang ang naapektuhan ng sunog at hindi naman nadamay ang ibang malapit na establisyemento.
Kasalukuyan pa ring iniimbestigahan ng BFP ang insidente.
