HINIRANG bilang 2022 Mister Grand International first runner-up ang pageant veteran na si Kristzan Delos Santos mula sa Pilipinas sa patimpalak na itinanghal sa Southern Academy for the Performing Arts sa Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago noong Nob. 25 (Nob. 26 sa Maynila)
Si Michael Pelletier mula Switzerland ang nakasungkit ng titulo sa ikalimang edisyon ng pandaigdigang patimpalak na nilahukan ng mahigit 30 kandidato mula sa iba’t ibang bansa. Second runner-up naman si Aaron Tan mula Singapore at third runner-up ang host delegate na si Aquil Ramsahai.
Hinirang naman bilang fourth runner-up si Vu Linh mula Vietnam, habang fifth runner-up si Teaniva Dinard mula Tahiti.

Sinabi ng organizers na nagpasya silang dalhin ang international male pageant sa Trinidad and Tobago sapagkat “the Caribbean still holds the distinction of one of the most visited regions in the world in terms of the number of tourist arrivals, despite the disruption of the [pandemic] brought by COVID-19.”
Ayon pa sa organisasyon, ineendeorso ng Ministry of Tourism Culture and the Arts ng republika ang 2022 Mister Grand International pageant.
“It is our pride to bring the pageant to Trinidad and Tobago, and to Latin America for the second time, given the strong presence of our Latino candidates and huge number of Latin American fans and followers in the region,” pagpapatuloy ng international male pageant organization.
Tinatag ang Mister Grand International pageant noong 2017, at layunin nito “to develop young men into exemplary leaders through empowerment.”
Iba pa ang organisasyon na nasa likod nito sa organizer ng Miss Grand International pageant sa Thailand.
