Lovi Poe at Janine Gutierrez

“Calling every sadghorl, sadboi, and accla! Sleep With Me is coming out this August, so don’t forget to be yourself with DJ Harry and Luna. Happy Pride!”

Ang “Sleep With Me” ay isinulat at idinirek ni Sam Lee na siya ring nasa likod ng mga LGBTQ films na “Bakas Bukas” (2016) nina Jasmine Curtis at Kate Alejandrino at ang 2018 movie na “Billie and Emma.”

Sa isang IG post ni Lovi matapos ang kanilang lock-in taping para sa “Sleep With Me”, naibahagi ng aktres ang naging experience niya sa una niyang lesbian series.

“Let’s drink to firsts. This series we recently shot holds a special place in my heart because I had to yet again break from my usual mold as an actor. I am really happy I did this with a team that was so game and easy going.

“I’m so proud of this series. We all worked hard side by side and we’re excited for the series to come alive!” aniya.

Sa isa namang panayam, sinabi ni Lovi na, “I think one of the reasons that I’ve always wanted to do a project like this is that I’ve always supported my friends and a lot of people who actually want to love and equally have the right to love who they want to love and be happy.

“So I think I fully support it and I’m just grateful that I get to show my support to doing this,” dagdag ng aktres.

Para naman kay Janine, “Same, of course, we want everyone to feel free to love who they love. And I’m so happy we have filmmakers like Sam and Direk Dan who show us different stories that some people may not really know about, and I’m really happy to be part of this.”
