Chika ni Matteo, “I have some friends that inspired to do sustainable living kumbaga.

“Especially Sarah, my wife, I have a friend that inspired us talaga. When we went to his farm, talagang hundred percent sustainable.

“From waste management to food. They grow their crops, they eat their crops,” pahayag ni Matteo.

Sabi ni Matteo, “Now that I have my own family, why don’t I do this? For my future kids, for my brother and sister-in-law, so it will remind us and will always humble us of where we are from ba. It’s very important to me.”

“The concept that I want is off-grid talaga. It might not be a monetary investment but it’s an investment for the family. When we have kids, I want them to grow in a space na that is very basic.

“They will learn how to touch soil, be in the mud, cross rivers, kumbaga.

“‘Yun ‘yung things like these, we’re planning for the future and, hopefully, our future family,” lahad pa ng mister ni Sarah G.
