Ice Seguerra 35 years na sa showbiz…singer at artista na, direktor pa: This work is my life!
“THIS work is my life!”
“I think that’s the best feeling because this work is my life, knowing that I have the respect of, not just the audience, but my peers as well siguro is something that I am grateful for,” ang pahayag ng asawa ni Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) Chairperson Liza Dino sa panayam ng “Magandang Buhay” kahapon.
Dagdag pang sabi ng award-winning OPM icon, “And siguro the growth din. I started as an actor, and then as a singer, and now I am directing.
“I just love the trajectory. Sana magpatuloy pa. I am just having the time of my life being in this industry,” dagdag ni Ice na siyang nagdirek ng The EDDYS last year, ang Entertainment Editors’ annual awards.
“Living with depression for almost 17 years now, I’ve come to accept that this will be my life from here on. With acceptance comes embracing the fact there will be days, weeks, or months that I won’t be okay, without really understanding why.
“But I also know that it will pass. That one day, I can be myself again.

“Sa totoo lang, minsan, nakakapagod. Sometimes, bad days will outnumber my good days but despite that, the joy of one good day is worth all the struggle,” pahayag ni Ice.
Payo pa niya sa mga dumaranas din ng kaparehong sitwasyon, “Get professional help, take your meds, talk to family and friends. Please soldier on and hold tight, because regardless of what you’re going through, life is still worth the fight.”
