IBINANDERA ng miyembro ng Ben&Ben na si Paolo Benjamin Guico ang bonggang resulta ng kanyang weight-loss journey.
Napakalaki ng pagbabago sa katawan at itsura ngayon ni Paolo base na rin sa mga bagong litrato ng kanyang weight-loss transformation na ipinost niya sa social media.
Ilang taon ding kinarir ng award-winning OPM artist ang kanyang pagpapapayat at aminado siyang hindi talaga naging madali ang kanyang fitness journey.
Makikita sa selfie photo ng singer ang nagmumura niyang abs at katabi ang dati niyang litrato kung saan medyo chubby-chubby pa ang kanyang face.
“These pictures represent years of hard work and sacrifice,” simulang chika ni Paolo sa kanyang caption.
“Today, I just wanted to celebrate this growth with all of you. Thanks for being there to cheer me on at my lowest moments. I hit my goal weight this week, finally,” pahayag pa niya.
Kino-consider din ng singer ang kanyang weight loss journey na isang “major life achievement” matapos ang, “countless struggles getting out of bed, being out of breath, and the times when I just mentally gave up.”

Ito naman ang mensahe niya sa mga fans and supporters ng Ben&Ben, “If you are on a path of growth, do it out of love for yourself and do it for the people you love. Never do it just to please others, because it will never be enough. You are enough.
“You have so much to offer to the world. I know you’re working hard. You got this. You’re not alone. I’m rooting for you. I’m with you,” aniya pa.
Ipinagmalaki rin ni Paolo ang kanyang mga stretch marks sa kanyang photo, “Because they’re awesome.”
“I also celebrate my past self, because he’s awesome too,” sey pa niya.
Nangako rin si Paolo na magse-share pa siya ng mas maraming detalye tungkol sa kanyang weight-loss journey sa mga susunod na araw.
