Aubrey, Troy 18 years nang magdyowa; nagbigay ng tips para tumibay ang relasyon

“IT’S not really complicated!” Yan ang pagmamalaking pahayag ng aktres at kilalang plantita na si Aubrey Miles sa relasyon nila ni Troy Montero.

Nitong nagdaang Linggo, nag-celebrate ng kanilang 18th anniversary ang celebrity couple at sa pamamagitan ng social media ay nagbahagi si Aubrey ng ilang tips kung paano mapapanatiling matibay ang pagsasama. 

“People ask how to keep a strong and committed relationship for 18 years. For me, it’s not really complicated,” ang bahagi ng caption ni Aubrey sa kanyang Instagram post.

“Always remember when you enter a relationship, could you see a future with this person? Maybe even growing old together?” dagdag pa ng partner ni Troy Montero.

Ayon pa kay Aubrey, naniniwala siyang wala naman talagang kasiguruhan ang pagsasama ng isang couple, dapat lang talaga na nagkakaintindihan at may respeto sa isa’t isa ang magkarelasyon.

“No guarantees though, nothing is guaranteed. All I can say is everything is a choice. Wrong or right, you know what you’re doing.

“Of course, there’s always struggle and ups and downs. Definitely nothing is perfect, but make sure you have more ups than downs. Stay the same or hopefully you want to be different, be better.

“One more thing: control, balance and keep it to yourself. And don’t forget to enjoy it with caution,” sabi pa ng aktres.

Base sa mga bagong litratong ipinost ng celebrity couple sa kanilang mga Instagram account, nag-celebrate sila ng anniversary sa The Farm in San Benito sa Batangas.

Ito naman ang naging mensahe ni Troy kay Aubrey para sa kanilang ika-18 anibersaryo bilang magdyowa, “18 years of breakfast dates with you. Mostly in pajamas and pangbahay na damit, but every so often we get a bikini and boardshorts, hotel robes or Birthday suit treat.

“Thankful to get those bikini/hotel robe dates but it’s the pajamas and pangbahay breakfast days that got us to 18 delicious years. Cheers to our way of doing things @milesaubrey,” sabi pa ni Troy.

May dalawang anak ang magdyow, sina Hunter, 12, at Rocket, 3. May isa namang anak si Aubrey sa dati niyang karelasyon, si Maurie na 20 years old na ngayon.

Kung matatandaan, magpapakasal na sana ang dalawa last year kasabay ng kanilang 17th anniversary.

“Yung 17 years na ‘yun hindi namin naisip magpakasal kasi we had so many things planned na gagawin. ‘Yung wedding, ‘yung ceremony parang later on but we weren’t scared to talk about it. 

“And ‘yung 17 years na yun, feeling lang namin, we’ve been through a lot, we’ve done so much, ano pa ba? Maybe let’s get married already! That’s why,” ang sabi ng magdyowa sa kanilang vlog noong June.

Nakatakdana na sana silang ikasal noong April 23, 2020 sa Batanes pero na-cancel nga ito dahil sa COVID-19 pandemic.

“We were going to be married in this grassy field overlooking the ocean. So it was going to be very picturesque [while] hoping it doesn’t rain but it was going to be great,” ani Troy. 

Aniya pa, “I think before I was against it just because that’s not what I wanted. I wanted one time to get married but on our own terms, a very, very small and intimate wedding. 

“For me, we waited how long already and I was thinking we don’t need to do a civil wedding. Everyone has their own reason for getting married and for us I was thinking we don’t need to do a civil during the pandemic. 

“But now that I think about it, maybe, maybe there’s a chance. I think it could possibly happen to have a civil wedding,” sabi pa ng aktor.
