Richard Yap ibinuking ang modus ng sindikato sa socmed; Jessica umatras na rin sa Nas Academy

BINIGYAN ng warning ng Kapuso actor at businessman na si Richard Yap ang publiko laban sa mga taong manloloko sa social media.

Nabiktima na rin kasi ang negosyante ng online syndicate kung saan ginagamit ang pangalan niya sa pakikipagtransaksiyon sa mga netizens.

Sa pamamagitan ng Instagram, binalaan ng leading man ni Heart Evangelista sa seryeng “I Left My Heart in Sorsogon” ang kanyang nga tagasuporta at socmed followers na huwag basta magpapaloko at maniniwala sa mga naka-post online.

Ibinahagi ni Richard sa kanyang OG Stories ang message mula sa isang Richard Leo, na nagpakilala bilang bahagi ng kanyang social media team.

Mababasa rito ang mensaheng, “Top of the day to you ma’am. I’m from Richard’s Yap social media management team contracted to get feedback from active followers….i hope you don’t mind?”

Sabi naman ng aktor sa kanyang caption, “This is a scammer, I don’t know him, so be careful guys if he sends you a message.”

Bukod sa paggamit sa kanyang pangalan, ipinaalam din ni Richard na nadiskubre rin nila na may isang Instagram account na gumagamit sa pangalan at mga litrato ng anak niyang Ashley.
Sabi ni Richard, “Hi guys, this is not Ashley’s account and is not authorized by her.”

Nag-back out na rin ang veteran broadcast journalist na si Jessica Soho sa Nas Academy dahil sa kontrobersyal issue hinggil kay Apo Whang-od.

Hindi na magpa-participate at magtuturo ang multi-awarded TV host sa Nas Academy matapos magkaproblema ang may-ari nitong si Nas Daily na isa ring kilalang vlogger.

“In light of recent events, and after our team’s series of communications with Nas Academy, we decided and mutually agreed not to pursue the Jessica Soho course.

“Nas Academy has informed us that they are working with the NCIP. We hope for the resolution of all issues raised,” ang nakasaad sa official statement ng Team Jessica Soho.

Nauna rito, umatras na rin si 2018 Miss Universe Catriona Gray sa pagiging mentor sa Nas Academy base sa pahayag ng kanyang talent management na Cornerstone Entertainment.

“Catriona Gray and NAS Academy have agreed to stop accepting new applicants for the Catriona Gray Academy until the issue of Whang Od has been fully resolved. Cornerstone will continue to monitor the progrress of this incident,” sabi ng Cornerstone.

Nitong weekend naman, naglabas din ang Chicago, Illinois-based Filipino food vlogger na si Vanjo Merano o mas kilala bilang Panlasang Pinoy hinggil sa participation sana niya sa Nas Academy.

“PP Academy was in the works under the Nas Academy platform, but I decided not to pursue in support to Apo and the exploited Pinoy hospitality. #icandothisonmyownanyway,” aniya.

Kamakalawa, naglabas na rin ng video si Nas Daily at sinabing on hold muna ang operasyon ng Nas Academy habang nakikipag-usap sa National Commission on Indigenous People (NCIP) para maayos ang issue nila sa Kalinga tattoo artist na si Apo Whang-od.
