“There are separate studios. The one for the Skull Ship, siguro ang laki niya is siguro two basketball courts. ‘Yung laki naman ng Camp Big Falcon would be three to four basketball courts. Ganoon kalaki ‘yung set, massive. When we saw it, even us were shocked,” pagmamalaki ni Direk Mark sa panayam ng GMA.

It has undergone five revisions and is still a work in progress.”

“It’s not like Encantadia na we’ve created. Ito kasi franchise ‘to that we have to get approvals from Japan and, siyempre, may mindsets ang mga tao dito, ‘yung die hard Voltes V fans, na dapat magandang-maganda ‘yan and then we have to update it.

“We have to find a good marriage between the classic Voltes V look and what is acceptable nowadays.

“We could have moved things faster but the pandemic hit. Don’t expect this to be ready this year because this is something big and if you really want it good, just the CGI (computer-generated imagery) work alone will take a while,” paalala pa niya.

Bibida sa Pinoy version ng “Voltes V” sina Miguel Tanfelix bilang Steve Armstrong, Ysabel Ortega bilang Jamie Robinson, Radson Flores bilang Mark Gordon, Matt Lozano bilang Big Bert Armstrong, at Raphael Landicho bilang Lil Jon Armstrong.
