Ayon kay Vegafria, “Miss World Philippines is coordinating closely with the Miss Eco International organization in ensuring the health and safety of all the candidates in its recently concluded pageant.

“Our official candidate, Ms. Kelley Day, remains our topmost priority, and we remain optimistic as we wait the results of the organizers’ routinely medical testing procedures,” sabi ni Arnold.

Inilabas ito ng Critical Beauty sa Instagram, “A reliable source just sent me a tip informing me that some of the contestants who competed at the recently concluded @missecointernational pageant are stranded in Egypt because they tested #positive for Covid-19.

“Apparently, the pageant owner herself Dr. Amaal Rezk is also positive but didn’t tell anyone about it. Now these contestants are crying foul because they feel that the organization has abandoned them, and that they have to stay in Egypt indefinitely and pay for their own accommodations.

“When I was watching the live stream of the pageant, I did notice that not too many people in the audience were wearing mask or following social distancing. This is so revolting and irresponsible of the organization not to follow safety guidelines and be transparent about the situation. If I were a national director, I would drop the franchise!”

(I hope that all the directors immediately take care of their Queens who are thrown in Egypt!).”

@amaalrezk y su hija ya se han ido informa (All the queens claiming that they are being taken out of the hotel, where can they go? @amaalrezk and her daughter have already left based on reports).”
