‘Matapat at propesyunal’: PAL nagluluksa sa pagkamatay ng flight attendant

“Matapat at propesyunal.”
Ito ang mga katagang binitawan ng PAL Express habang ipinagluluksa nito ang pagkamatay ng flight attendant na si Christine Angelica Dacera.
“PAL Express mourns her tragic death last January 1 during New Year revelry in Makati City,” ayon sa pahayag ni Cielo Villaluna, tagapagsalita ng Philippine Airlines.
“She was an upstanding and professional PAL Express crew member who will be sorely missed by her colleagues and friends,” wika pa ni Villaluna.
Si Dacera, 23, ay natagpuang walang malay sa bathtub ng isang hotel sa Makati City kung saan siya at 11 iba pa ay nag-party noong Bisperas ng Bagong Taon. Isinugod ang biktima ng tatlo niyang kaibigan sa ospital kung saan ideneklara siyang wala nang buhay.
Labing-isang lalaki na kasama sa party ang sinampahan ng pulisya ng Makati ng kasong rape with homicide.
Sinabi rin ni Villaluna na buong suporta ang ibinibigay ng PAL sa pamilya ni Dacera, na tubong General Santos City.
“We are extending full support to the flight attendant’s family at this most difficult time. Our desire is for the truth to come out in the interest of justice,” wika pa niya.
