Nakararanas ng network outage ang BPI.
Sa abiso ng BPI, apektado ang ilang functionalities ng kanilang digital platforms.
Dahil dito, hindi muna magagamit ang mobile transactions gaya ng interbank funds transfer, bills payment at funds transfer sa 3rd party at iba pang BPI accounts.
Maari ding makaranas ng intermittent service sa mga ATM at CAM ng BPI at iba pang serbisyo sa kanilang ATMs at POS machines.
Sa ngayon sinabi ng BPI na nakikipag-ugnayan na ang kanilang technical teams sa telco provider para maresolba ang problema.
