Coleen handang-handa nang manganak: I’m just soooooo excited!
SUPER excited na ang Kapamilya actress na si Coleen Garcia sa paglabas ng panganay nila ni Billy Crawford.
Kung medyo sensitibo at delikado ang first trimester ng kanyang pagbubuntis, relaxed at chill na ngayon ang pregnancy ni Coleen kaya talagang ine-enjoy lang niya ang bawat pagsipa ng baby sa kanyang tummy.
Ibinalita ng future mommy sa kanyang Instagram page ang mga ginagawa niyang paghahanda sa kanyang Big Day — due date na kasi niya ngayong buwan.
Ayon kay Coleen, todo pa rin siyempre ang pag-iingat niya sa last trimester ng kanyang pagbubuntis, lalo na nitong mga nakaraang buwan kung saan lagi niyang katuwang si Billy sa lahat ng preparasyon para sa paglabas ng kanilang first baby.
“Been taking this time to rest, research, and prepare myself as much as I can—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—for the big day and beyond!
“I’ve been pretty chill throughout this whole pregnancy, and I’ve really been loving and treasuring this time,” caption ni Coleen sa kanyang Instagram post.
Aniya, malaking tulong daw sa kanyang health condition ang sinusunod niyang fitness routine, kabilang na ang araw-araw na paglalakad at online prenatal Pilates workouts.
“That (+ good nutrition) is probably why I haven’t experienced any swelling or excessive aches and pains.
“I still feel very much like myself, but better, and I’m just soooooo excited for everything that comes after this! La lang, just wanted to share. lol Going on #34w nowww and I can’t believe how fast time is flying!” pahayag ng aktres.
Noong May ibinandera nina Billy at Coleen na magiging mommy at daddy na sila. Ikinasal ang celebrity couple noong April 20, 2018 sa Balesin Island.
