“Upon evaluation of the City Health Department’s Epidemiology and Surveillance Unit (QC-ESU) personnel assigned at QCX, it was learned that the employees were IgG positive and do not need to undergo swabbing for confirmation.”

“….we call on residents not to panic as the 30 Barangay employees are COVID-19 free, as confirmed by the QC-ESU.”

“The Quezon City Government sternly warns all Barangay officials to refrain from conducting rapid testing for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) without proper coordination with the local government pursuant to the Memorandum of the City Mayor dated 29 May 2020 which provided Guidelines for General Community Quarantine.”
