Lockdown matindi ang epekto sa utak ni Gil; COVID dokyu ni Atom babandera sa GMA News TV
APEKTADO na rin ang mental health ng Kapuso hunk na si Gil Cuerva ng halos tatlong buwang pagkakulong sa bahay dahil sa COVID-19 pandemic.
Sa interview ng GMA, ikinuwento ng aktor ang naging epekto ng health crisis na ito sa kanyang buong pagkatao.
“This pandemic in general, the COVID-19 virus that’s been spreading has also caused me to feel a bit worse.
“When I say worse, it isn’t helping my mental health, or it isn’t helping me or it isn’t helping anyone at all,” simulang pahayag ng binata.
“I guess like other people I do worry about what’s happening and what’s going on. So definitely during this ECQ, I don’t think my mental health has gotten any better,” aniya pa.
Paalala ng “Taste Buddies” host, seryosong issue ang mental health kaya hindi dapat ito binabalewala.
“These are very serious and concerning issues. I think sometimes we tend to overlook it simply because it’s not a physical injury or something we actually feel physically.
“It’s all in the head. It’s mental; that’s why it’s mental health,” lahad ni Gil.

Napapanahon daw ang COVID-19 special sabi ni @sheenita, “@atomaraullo documentary is so relevant today. It makes us realize na ang buhay, hindi natin hawak.
