Extension ng Bayanihan Law unconstitutional

HINDI kailan man pwedeng manaig ang batas sa sinasabi at pinag-uutos ng Constitution. Kapag ang batas ay kontra sa sinasabi at pinag-uutos ng Consitution, walang duda na ang dapat manaig at masunod ay ang Constitution.

Ang Bayanihan Law ay naipasa ng Kongreso noong March 23, 2020 sa isang SPECIAL SESSION na ipinatawag ng Pangulo ayon sa Presidential Proclamation No. 33 na may petsang March 21, 2020 at naging ganap na batas noong March 25, 2020.

Nakasaad sa Bayanihan Law na ito ay may buhay at epektibo ng tatlong buwan o hanggang June 25,2020.

Pero dahil itinakda sa Constitution na ang isang emergency powers ay titigil sa susunod na adjournment ng Kongreso, ang Bayanihan Law ay dapat TUMIGIL at MAGWAKAS sa June 5, 2020.

Ang June 5,2020 ay ang susunod na adjournment ng Kongreso na sinasabi ng Constitution kung kailan dapat TUMIGIL ang Bayanihan Law.

Maisabatas man ang House Bill No. 6811 o Senate Bill Nos. 1561 o 1546 , ang Bayanihan Law ay TITIGIL pa rin maging epektibo sa oras na mag-adjourn ang Kongreso sa June 5, 2020 dahil ito ang inuutos at tinakda ng Constitution.

Ano man batas ang ipasa ng Kongreso para i-extend ang epektibo o buhay ng Bayanihan Law na lalagpas sa June 5,2020 ay isang paglabag sa pinag-uutos at tinakda ng Constitution. Kaya ito ay maituturing isang UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
