Leifbilly Begas - May 25, 2020 - 11:54 AM

“Under the new learning normal, face-to-face classes will be discouraged and may not be conducted at all, as they will be a threat to the health and safety of our students, teachers and other school personnel. Thus, we may not be able to use even existing school buildings. There is no point in building more classrooms,” ani Castelo sa isang pahayag.

“We therefore have to first boost Internet and wi-fi capability in rural areas and the provinces and even in Metro Manila and other highly urbanized cities to start and promote distance learning.”

“A reliable Internet infrastructure will make distance learning possible,” dagdag pa ni Castelo.
