Frontliners nakatanggap ng ayuda kay Grace

NAKATANGGAP ng libo-libong personal protective equipment (PPE), testing kits at food assistance ang mga ospital at local government units kamakailan kay Sen. Grace Poe.

Kabilang sa ipinamahagi ng tanggapan ni Poe sa mga frontliners sa iba’t ibang critical areas ang 2,500 PPE suits; 1,000 PPE sets; 2,000 face shields; 23, 975  facemasks; 15,700 pares ng gloves; at 210 galon ng alcohol.

Kabilang din ang 1,170 test kits sa mga ipinagkaloob sa mga komunidad na apektado ng Covid-19 sa NCR at karatig-lugar.

Maliban dito, nagpamahagi rin si Poe ng 2,700 sako ng bigas, libo-libong food packs at iba’t ibang klase ng pagkain sa iba’t ibang sektor sa Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas at Mindanao.

Kasama ng senadora ang kanyang mga kapamilya, partikular ang inang si Susan Roces, at mga kaibigan sa pagboboluntaryo sa ilalim ng programang “Panday Bayanihan.”

Ang Panday Bayanihan ay isang NGO na nakapokus na pamamahagi ng relief products sa pamumuno ng kanyang anak at chief of staff na si Brian Poe Llamanzares.

“Malaki ang pasasalamat natin sa ating medical frontliners sa pagsuong sa panganib para maging ligtas ang mas nakararami. Sa ating pagbabayanihan, babangon tayong muli,” ani Poe sa kanyang Facebook post. “As consistently echoed globally, the indomitable Filipino spirit will always prevail. As of today Panday Bayanihan has just completed distributing hundreds of sacks of rice in Quezon and the Bicol Region to help those badly affected by the recent typhoon.”
