COVID testing center
PARA mapabilis ang pagproseso sa mga swab sample, nakipagkasundo ang Valenzuela City government sa isa pang laboratory na may kakayanan na mag-detect ng coronavirus disease 2019.
Ang Hi-Precision Diagnostics (HPD) ang ikalimang testing center na kinausap ng Valenzuela bilang bahagi ng paglaban nito sa COVID-19. Aabot sa 30 swab sample ang ipasusuri rito araw-araw.
Ang HPD ay nakapasa na sa ikaapat na stage ng accreditation ng Department of Health. Kapag nakapasa ito sa Stage 5 ay maaari na itong makapagsuri ng COVID-19 samples.
“To ramp up our testing capacity, a couple of weeks ago the City Government signed with another private lab partner – Hi Precision Diagnostics, one of the most well known laboratory in the country,” ani Mayor Rex Gatchalian.
Ang mga sample na kinukuha sa Valenzuela ay ipinasusuri sa The Medical City (TMC), Detoxicare Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory, Inc., Philippine Red Cross at Lab Partner No. 3.
Sinimulan ng lokal na pamahalaan noong Abril 11 ang localized targeted mass testing. Ngayon ay umaabot na sa 275 ang swab samples na naipadadala ng lokal na pamahalaan sa kanilang mga partner.
Mula Abril 11 ay, 2845 test result na ang lumabas, 275 dito ang positibo.
