DOBLE ang bayad sa mga papasok sa Mayo 25, Eid’l Fitr (Feast of Ramadhan).
Ayon sa Department of Labor and Employment ito ay isang regular holiday kaya 200 percent ang suweldo para sa walong oras na trabaho.
“Those who worked shall be paid 200 percent of their regular salary for the first eight hours, and if they worked overtime, they shall be paid an additional 30 percent of their hourly rate,” saad ng advisory ng DOLE.
Kung hindi magtatrabaho, ang isang empleyado ay makukuha nito ang 100 porsyento ng kanyang arawang sahod.
Kung day off ng empleyado pero ito ay magtatrabaho bukod sa 200 porsyento ay may karagdagan siyang 30 porsyento ng arawang sahod.
May opsyon naman ang kompanya na huwag munang bayaran ang holiday pay hanggang sa panahon na nagbalik na sa normal ang operasyon nito.
Ang mga kompanya na sarado ay exempted sa pagbabayad ng holiday pay.
