10 ‘quarantine hirit’ ni Kris Bernal: Life is short so EAT! EAT! EAT!

 ‘Yan ang isa sa mga life lesson na natutunan ni Kris Bernal habang naka-lockdown ang bansa dulot ng COVID-19 pandemic.

Naglista ang Kapuso actress ng ilang bagay na natutunan niya sa loob ng mahigit dalawang buwang pagkakakulong sa bahay dahil sa ipinatutupad pa ring modified enhanced community quarantine. 

Sa kanyang Instagram page, inisa-isa ni Kris ang 10 quarantine lesson na natutunan at isinasabuhay niya ngayon na maaari ring gawing inspirasyon ng bawat isa sa atin.

At bilang isa ring negosyante, natutunan din ni Kris ang kahalagahan ng pag-iipon para kapag dumating ang panahon ng kagipitan, tulad ng nararanasan nating health crisis ngayon, ay may madudukot kahit paano.
