Sinas
NAKATAKDANG sampahan ng kasong kriminal ng Philippine National Police (PNP) si National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) chief Debold Sinas.
Bunsod ito ng mga paglababag sa enhanced community quarantine, kabilang ang pagsasagawa ng mass gathering, para sa mananita sa opisyal.
Ayon kay Presidential spokesman Harry Roque, base sa kanyang pakikipag-usap kay PNP Chief Archie Gamboa, isasampa ang kaso bukas.
Bukod kay Sinas, kakasuhan din ang iba pang senior officials na kasama sa birthday party.
”Per my latest conversation with Philippine National Police Chief PGen. Archie Gamboa, a criminal case is now being readied to be filed tomorrow against NCRPO Chief Debold Sinas, along with other senior police officials who attended the gathering,” ani Roque.
Ayon pa rito, humihingi na rin ng clearance ang PNP sa Office of the President para sampahan ng kasong administratibo si Sinas dahil sa paglabag sa quarantine rules.
“The PNP is also getting clearance from the Office of the President regarding the filing of administrative charges in violation of quarantine rules against the alleged violators,” dagdag ni Roque.
Si Sinas ay third level officer at isang presidential appointee kung kaya kinakailangan ng clearance sa OP. –Radyo Inquirer
