KALABOSO ang 60-anyos na lalaki na wanted umano sa dalawang kaso ng panggagahasa sa Caloocan City.
Si Rolando N Tomenio, barangay tanod, at ng AC Herrera st., Tondo, Manila, ay number 2 sa most wanted list ng Hermosa Police.
Naaresto ang suspek alas-8 kagabi sa tapat ng Laloma Memorial Park sa Rizal Avenue, Caloocan.
Siya ay inaresto sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na ipinalabas noong Oktobre 16, 2013 ni Judge Ma Celestina Mangrobang ng Regional Trial Court Branch 38 ng Maynila.
