SC sa Lunes pa gagalaw sa petisyon ng ABS-CBN

SA Lunes aaksyunan ng Korte Suprema ang petisyon ng ABS-CBN laban sa cease and desist order ng National Telecommunications Commission na nagpatigil sa operasyon nito.

Sa isang pahayag, sinabi ng Korte Suprema na natanggap nito ang petisyon kahapon alas-3:16 ng hapon.

“The Petition will be raffled to a Member-in-Charge on Monday, 11 May 2020, who will then make a recommendation for the consideration of the Court En Banc.”
