Nagkalat ng fake news vs QC mayor inasunto

Leifbilly Begas - April 24, 2020 - 02:50 PM

Cecilia A. Estoesta (NPS Docket No. XV-03-INV-20D-02368).

Ang akusado ay nahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa Article 154 (Unlawful Use of Means of Publication and Unlawful Utterances) sa ilalim ng Revised Penal Code (RPC) kaugnay ng Presidential Proclamation No. 922  (Declaring a State of National Health Emergency at Proclamation 929 (Declaring a State of Calamity Throughout the Philippines Due to COVID 19) at Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10175).
