MULING pinairal ang liquor ban sa Iloilo City ngayong araw, isang araw matapos itong tanggalin.
Sa Facebook post, sinabi ni Mayor Jerry Treñas na nagdesisyon siyang ibalik ang ban dahil sa ulat na maraming nalasing kagabi.
“In view of the various incidents due to intoxicated persons and in view of the many other important activities undertaken by our security personnel and upon the advice coming from various sectors, I am reimposing the ban on the sale of alcoholic drinks effective immediately until further notice,” aniya.
Dapat ay ngayong araw pa lang tatanggalin ang ban base sa executive order ng alkalde kahapon.
“There were several reported incidents and complaints related to the abuse in consumption of alcohol, and violations of physical distancing measures hence, there is a need to reimpose the prohibition on the sale and consumption of liquor within Iloilo City,” ayon sa mayor sa kanyang bagong executive order.
