Sa official Twitter ng DOTr ipinost nila ang video ng isang Polish poet na si Riya Sokol.
Sa isang statement, sinabi ng DOTr Communications team na nais lang sana nilang magbigay ng ‘enlightening and awakening narrative into this pandemic’.
Humingi rin sila ng tawag kung lumabas ito bilang ‘insensitive’
