Naloka ang marami sa mapangahas na picture ni Heart na nakatalikod at walang bra. Kitang-kita ang pisngi ng kanyang boobs sa photo niyang iyon where she captioned, “Treasure yourself every single day.”
Hati ang reaction ng kanyang IG followers. May nagkagusto sa kanyang photo, mayroon din namang slightly ay nahalayan.
