Bacoor umalma, iginiit na legal ang reclamation sa Manila Bay

IGINIIT ng Bacoor City government na sumunod sa batas ang isinasagawang reclamation sa kanilang siyudad.

“….we can only reiterate our position that the reclamation projects comply with our laws and the mandamus of the Supreme Court. It also adheres to President Rodrigo Duterte’s vision to decongest Metro Manila and spread development to other parts of the country,” saad ng pahayag ng Bacoor City government.

Hindi pa umano nakakatanggap ng kopya ng reklamong inihain sa Ombudsman ng grupo ng mga mangingisda at militanteng grupo.

“Prudence dictates for us to refrain from making any comment until we are formally notified of the specific issues the alleged complainant has raised before the anti-graft body.”

Sumunod umano sa legal na proseso ang pagtatabon ng bahagi ng Manila Bay.

“……we have faithfully observed the required legal and administrative processes, including public consultations, to ensure that views of all the stakeholders are heard and their welfare protected,” dagdag pa ng pahayag. “We will answer the issues raised at the appropriate time and place.”
