Viral blind singer aapir sa Ellen DeGeneres Show

Matapos mag-viral ang video ng blind singer na si Carl Malone Montecido, kumpirmado na ang guesting niya sa The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

Humamig na ng milyun-milyong views ang video ni Carl habang kinakanta ang Sam Smith hit song na “Too Good At Goodbyes” sa isang mall sa Bacolod. At mismong si Sam Smith ang nag-share nito sa kanyang IG na todo puri sa binata. Aniya, “WHO IS THIS KID!!!!!? YOU ARE OUT OF THIS UNIVERSE WHOEVER YOU ARE.”

“Ang tumawag sa akin personally is the staff of Ellen. Tinawagan nila ko last week pa so probably mga Feb. 8. Noong simula pa lang mag-viral, may mga PM (private message) na sila sa akin,” ani Carl sa panayam ng GMA.

“Actually, noing una, hindi nga ako naniniwala baka kasi ano, e, manloloko, alam mo naman dito sa Philippines, maraming gano’n. We already checked the profile naman.”

“Siguro nilu-look forward ko since nandito na ko sa platform na ‘to, matuloy yung music career ko kasi ang daming ko nang malalaking shows na nasalihan pero hindi natutuloy.

“Pero sa bagong pintong bumukas, ito na yun. Sana magtuluy-tuloy na siya hindi lang dito, kundi sa ibang lugar,” sabi pa ni Carl na sumali rin noon sa Pilipinas Got Talent, Tawag Ng Tanghalan ng It’s Showtime at The Clash ng GMA.
