Ireport kompanya mong ayaw magbigay ng 13th month pay

Alan Tanjusay - November 26, 2019 - 12:15 AM

IT is mandatory for all employers and companies to give 13th month pay to all its rank-and-file employees on or before December 24.

The law requires principal business owners to give its regular employees 13th month pay equivalent to one month salary.

These includes contractual and end-of-contract five months workers. Manpower agencies and service providers are required by law to also give 13th month pay.

Resigned and even those who worked for less than a year are entitled to this.

Tandaan, iba ito sa Christmas bonus!

Christmas bonus is cash or kind and voluntary on the part of the employer.
Samantalang ang 13th month pay ay maaaring ibigay ng cash o kahit instalment.

For companies who are unable to pay employees on December 24, you may report them to Department of Labor and Employment Hotline 1349.

However, you may also report your employers not giving thirteenth month pay through 09989558253.

Please text, your name, your contact number, your company name, company complete address, telephone numbers, number of emplo-yees.

As soon as we have verified it, we will file a petition that could push DOLE to do its job in implementing the law on 13th month pay.

Kulang sa ngipin ang batas tungkol sa 13th month pay. Wala itong penalty na ibinibigay sa mga pasaway na employers. Dahil sa walang ngipin, walang napaparusahan kaya marami ang nganga tuwing Pasko!
