“It is with a heavy heart that PMA announces the passing of Cadet 2nd Class Cedrick Gadia, who succumbed to his battle with cancer today 28 October 2019 at 5:15 AM, at the AFP (Armed Forces of the Philippines) Medical Center,” sabi ni PMA spokesperson Cpt. Cherryl Tindog sa isang pahayag.
Nadiskubre ang sakit ni Gadia matapos na maospital sa Fort Del Pilar Station Hospital sa PMA noong Agosto at dinala sa AFP Medical Center sa Quezon City noong Setyembre matapos siyang ma-diagnose ng Stage 4 esophageal cancer with liver and lung metastasis.
“PMA is deeply saddened for this unfortunate loss, and extends our sincerest condolences to the family and friends of Cdt 2CL Gadia,” idinagdag ni Tindog.
“We will continue to assist him and his family to accord one of our own sons and members of the AFP with the due honor that befits him,” ayon pa kay Tindog.
Miyembro sana si Gadia ng PMA Class of 2021.
