PARA kay Alden Richards, lifestyle na ang kanyang regular diet at pagwo-workout, this as he explores “self-love”.
Sabi ng Asia’s Multimedia star tuluy-tuloy lang ang pagkain niya nang tama at regular na exercise not just to preserve his “yummy looks” but also to enjoy a better quality life.
“Lifestyle na siya, eh. I don’t look at it as deprivation anymore. I’m not getting any younger. Ayoko siyang simulan kapag kailangan na siyang simulan. Bago pa siya kailanganin, gawin mo na siya.
“At one point in your life, alam mo namang darating ka doon, unahan mo na. I’m enjoying my life now. I eat right. I exercise well. I’m basically very contented with everything that’s happening now,” aniya sa panayam ng GMA.
Dagdag pa ng lead star ng Kapuso primetime series na The Gift, “Anything that comes in between, and any more that comes in this life, sobrang blessing siya. Bonus siya sa akin kasi in a way parang nava-validate ‘yung mga ginagawa ko and ‘yung mga pinaghihirapan ko. Masaya lang. I’m just so happy. I’m very happy.”
Paglalarawan pa niya sa new version of himself, “Ito ‘yung Alden na mas passionate sa trabaho. Minsan sinasabi ko sa sarili ko na I deserve this. Minsan nakakalimutan natin ibigay sa mga sarili natin ‘yung deserve natin.”
Pagpapatuloy pa niya sa dedikasyon niya sa trabaho, “I really want our craft and us Filipinos na makilala around the world as passionate actors. We’re not just doing this for the fame. We’re not just doing this for the money. We’re doing this because we love acting and because we inspire people through our passion.
“There’s a line from a speech I remember. ‘Acting is a universal language for actors.’ Regardless of who you are, what you are, where you’re from, when we act on screen, our main goal is to deliver a role, to deliver a message to people who are watching you. That’s so deep.
“For me, ang sarap makarinig ng ganoon from another actor. That happens to be the same reason why I’m staying in this industry, why I choose to stay as an actor,” aniya pa.
