Poll protest vs Vico Sotto ibinasura ng Comelec

VICO SOTTO

“The decision cited the insufficiency in form and substance of the election protest filed by Eusebio, in that ‘it failed to reflect a detailed specification of the acts or omissions complained of showing the electoral frauds, anomalies, or irregularities in the protested precincts,’” sabi ni Jimenez.

“The failure to indicate the required contents in the election protest will result to summary dismissal,” sabi ng memorandum na pinirmahan nina presiding Commissioner Luie Tito Guia, Commissioner Socorro Inting at Commissioner Antonio Kho.
