Bawal ang discrimination sa employee with TB

ANG tubercosis o TB ay nakakahawang sakit. Posibleng makahawa ang meron nito sa iba sa loob ng opisina o planta o madevelop sa sarili in the course of performing your job.

Kung more than two weeks ka nang may ubo, nanghihina at walang appetite sa pagkain, kailangan mo nang magpa x-ray sa radiologist upang masuri kaagad ng doctor ang resulta.

Kung positibo na ikaw ay may TB in the course of your job, maaring mag-apply sa Employment Cmpensation Commission ng compensation benefits for the cost of medicines kung updated ang iyong SSS premiums. Kumuha na ng medical certificate from the doctor to show to your human resource director.

There shall be no discrimination of any form against employees from pre to post employment including hiring, promotion, or assignment on account of their TB status.

Workplace management of sick employees shall not different from that of any other illness. Persons with TB related illness should be able to work for as long as medically fit.

Agreements made between the company and Health and Safety Committee shall refelct measures that will support workers with TB through flexible leave arrrangement, rescheduling of working time and arrangement for return to work.

The employee may-be allowed to return to work woth reasonable working arrangement as determined by the Company Health Care provider.

So ayan malinaw na bawal na bawal ang discrimination sa mga employees na may TB.
