Good conduct?

“Established facts and records would reveal that convicted Rapist and murderer Antonio Sanchez violated prison rules. How in the world is Smuggling illegal drugs and contraband in his jail cell would constitute Good Behavior?” tanong ni Garbin.

“To do otherwise is to caused Ignominy and more suffering to the victims family.’

“Getting caught with shabu inside a prison doesn’t fit the description of good conduct. Drug trafficking while in prison is what convinced me to file a bill calling for the death penalty for high level drug traffickers,” dagdag pa ni Biazon.
