Pinangalanang Ineng ang bagyo na hindi inaasahang magla-landfall sa bansa pero inaasahan ang paglakas nito habang papalabas ng Philippine Area of Responsibility.
Kaninang umaga ang bagyo ay nasa layong 930 kilometro sa silangan ng Virac, Catanduanes.
Ang hangin nito ay umaabot sa 55 kilometro bawat oras ang bilis at pagbugsong 70 kilometro bawat oras.
Umuusad ito ng 10 kilometro bawat oras.
