Pia na-bad trip sa mga nambabastos kay Catriona
Hindi na natiis si Pia Wurtzbach ang kanegahan ang ginagawang pambu-bully ng mga netizens kay Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray.
Grabe na raw kasi ang ginagawang pambabastos at pamba-bash ng ilang netizens kay Catriona sa Instagram page ng Miss U. Isa si Pia sa mga nag-handle ng Miss Universe IG account bilang 2015 winner.
Aniya, naging “toxic” na ang nasabing IG page “due to bullying and spreading hate.” Nabasa niya ang mga negative comments ng netizens nang may mag-tag sa kanya ng screenshot ng isa niyang tweet recently, ang “To anyone who’s going through something, kapit lang. We’re here for you!”
Narito ang mensahe ni Pia sa lahat ng haters na nagpo-post ng comment sa IG account ng Miss U, “Hi! Aside from posting pictures, positive messages, [and] updates about Cat, why not take time to scroll through the comments also and block the ones that are spreading hate on this page.
“Miss Universe celebrates unity in diversity. Miss Universe uplifts, empowers, and inspires. I think the IG account (and comments that everyone can see) should reflect that also. Not sure if they’re aware, but it’s become quite toxic here already.”
“That’s not what MU is about. No more bullying and spreading hate on this page, please,” aniya pa.
Kung matatandaan, nagbigay ng official statement kamakailan si Catriona tungkol sa pambu-bully as kanya sa social media. Aniya, “It is never, ever okay to put someone down for the sake of ‘expressing your opinion.’ With words come power and we should be using those words to build someone up and not pull them down.”
Nasa South Africa ngayon si Catriona kung saan is siya sa mga naging judge sa Miss South Africa beauty pageant.
