Mas mataas na excise tax sa tobacco sinertipikahan na bilang urgent bill ni Duterte
SINERTIPIKAHAN na ni Pangulong Duterte bilang urgent ang Senate Bill No. 2233 na naglalayong patawan ng mas mataas na excise tax ang mga tobacco products.
Kinumpirma ni Justice Sercretary Menardo Guevarra ang sertipikasyon na ipinalabas ni Duterte.
“Signed na ‘yung certification of urgency for SB 2233. On its way to the Senate,” sabi ni Guevarra.
Itinalaga ni Duterte si Guevarra bilang officer-in-charge (OIC) sa harap ng kanyang apat na araw na official visit sa Japan.
