“Kumusta po relationship nyo with Boy Abunda?” That was the question that one netizen asked Kris Something recently on her Facebook account.
“Hello Manzz… Boy and I had a very healthy discussion, me via a lengthy iMessage, him through a long letter that addressed all issues we had avoided.
“In speaking our truths, we understood each other better, and i believe we rebuilt the mutual RESPECT we have for each other,” came Kris’ answer.
Ang alam namin, more than two years ago, inayos pa ni Boy Abunda na makapasok si Kris sa GMA 7. But nothing came out yata kaya naman si Kris kinaila-ngang magpalit ng manager.
She talked to an APT executive nut nothing came out of it. Kinausap rin niya si Willie Revillame, thinking na mas mapapadali ang kanyang pagpasok sa number two network. But again, nothing came out of it.
And then she got Nicko Falcis as her business manager. Inetsapuwera niya si Kuya Boy na siya dating nagsasara ng mga kontrata niya for commercials. Doon sumama ang loob ni Boy sa kanya but he kept it to himself and to some people so close to him.
Malaking tulong si Kuya Boy sa career ni Kris and he is one of the few showbiz personalities na nasasakyan ang mga trip ng laos na TV host.
